VENUE NOTE:
We are delighted to welcome two outstanding artists, Braimah Kanneh-Mason and Plínio Fernandes, to this year’s Wooburn Festival.
This captivating young duo brings together violin and guitar in a dazzling display of virtuosity and artistry. Braimah—an acclaimed member of the renowned Kanneh-Mason family—enchanted our audiences at a previous Festival and continues to impress as a dynamic, versatile violinist with international experience. Plínio, hailed as a Classic FM Rising Star, was born and raised in São Paulo and brings a vibrant fusion of classical guitar and Brazilian folk traditions.
In this spellbinding collaboration, Braimah and Plínio will guide us on a rich musical journey—traversing European classical repertoire and celebrating the rhythms and textures of Plínio’s South American heritage.
